Why are these cupcakes so happy? Well, there are a few reasons. First, it's Holly's birthday. Happy birthday, Holly! Second, they're pineapple right side up cupcakes. And vegan, at that. That makes a lot of people happy! How does it taste, Holly?

After I had uploaded the cupcake pictures on my computer, I was playing around with the settings on Picasa a bit and got this. What do you think? I enjoy it greatly :-)
Oh yeah, and I found the recipe in Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World. Props to them, these were super tasty!
