These were really pretty tasty. They didn't have much sugar in them at all and no butter. They were essentially pumpkin, flour, oil and chocolate chips. They were really cakey which I don't usually like, but somehow the pumpkin and chips made the poofy okay.
E.T. even broke down and tried some of these...and liked them too!
