Baking without eggs

I ran out of eggs and I still had cookies that I needed to get done.
Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies, egg-free

These look disgusting, but they tasted fine. They were a little dry for my tastes but they were made with oatmeal and without eggs, so that is understandable.
