Friday Night Baking
It was a Friday afternoon...I was bored...there was baking to be done!
First up...
Raspberry Thumbprint Cookies...Mom and Grandma really really liked these...
Then Mark suggested I do something with the ripe bananas we had around the house...
Banana Chocolate Cookies with and without nuts.

Mmm, chocolate banana cookies... maybe I'll do that next time instead of baking banana bread (which I actually did on Wednesday night!).

Banana Chocolate were not my favorite, banana was a little overpowering for me. HOWEVER, I think they would have been fabulous with peanut butter on them! ;-) Maybe peanut butter chips added to the recipe.
