I've been extremely busy lately with school (yay midterms!) so I haven't had the chance to bake much lately. However, I did recently come across some older pictures of baking adventures. So I am posting them, just because I can.
I love love love my Nanny's lemon meringue pie. It's always my favorite part of the holidays. Dan's family came to visit the weekend after we had moved into our new apartment (gah! 7 adults and 5 children in our tiny not really unpacked apartment!), and he requested that I make some pies. I wrestled the recipe from Nanny and made these 2 beautiful pies! I wish I had a picture of the inside of the pie, because it had set up very nicely, but me and Dan and the pies will just have to do.
