Brownie Rollo Cookies



Essentially these cookies were a sturdy pecan brownie dough wrapped around a rollo dipped in a sugar/pecan mix and baked.
I hate rollos. I don't really like caramel that much and I hate the milk chocolate they are dipped in. All of that side these turned out pretty well. They are much neater when they are warm and gooey inside. The chocolate from the rollo seaps in to the cookie dough for some squishy chocolate fun. After they cool. Not so entertaining.
